Join
in the fun of a rollicking, old-fashioned country hoedown! No experience
needed! Sharon teaches a wide variety of dances, from classics such as
the Virginia Reel and lively square dances to the current steps of the
Electric Slide and the Cotton-Eyed Joe. Mixers such as the Gie Gordon
and the Jenny Lind Polka get everyone involved in the fun. If desired, further your
western atmosphere by adding live music provided by top-notch musicians
playing old-time tunes such as Ragtime Annie and
Buffalo
Gals. No partners
are necessary, and all ages are welcome!
Sharon has
been teaching old-time dance for over 35 years, and she
specializes in teaching folks of all ages and dance abilities.
She keeps things lively and fun with clear, concise instruction
in a wide variety of styles. Whether it's the cowboy two-step or
cha-cha, singing square dances or classic reels, Sharon will
keep you laughing and on your toes!
