Sharon Moore has been designing and building historical costumes for twelve years, and her work demonstrates a flair for design, regard for authenticity, and attention to detail. She blends her background in historical re-enactment, vintage dance and costuming with ongoing research to create garments that beautifully capture the look of the period. Sources for her work include old prints and photographs, period patterns, and close examination of vintage garments in private collections and museums.
